Common Connection Issues!
The following steps should be followed:
1. If your device doesn't load properly or channels don't appear, your ISP may have blocked your IP address. (Follow step number 2.)
2. To test if your IP is blocked, please connect via your mobile phone data connection to Our Web Player.
If you are able to connect, it is likely that your Wi-Fi IP address is being blocked. - Please follow step 3
3. It's easy to get around this with a VPN or DNS connection! We highly recommend this VPN, just try it out for yourself.
Connect to Our Web Player with your Wi-Fi data enabled, after downloading and enabling the VPN on your device.
4. If you can log in and watch, great, that means it works :)
It's now possible for you to use any iptv app or device that you want. Just remember to enable VPN.
