How to change DNS on an LG Smart TV
Step 1: Press the Menu button on your remote control and Select "Settings" and select âAll settingsâ.
Step 2: Scroll down to the "Network" submenu and select "Network Connection" and press on "Set Expert".
Step 3: Under âIP Modeâ press âDynamicâ. Under âDNS Serverâ choose âManualâ.

How to change DNS on a Sony Smart TV
Step 1: Press the âHomeâ button on your remote. Select Setup and press on Network.
Step 2: Press on âNetwork Setupâ.
Step 3: Select âExpertâ.
Step 4: Choose âWi-Fiâ or âWired LANâ depending on your connection.
Step 5: Chose âStatus Infoâ.
Step 6: Write down yourâIP addressâ.
Step 7: Go back to network and choose âAdvanced optionsâ.
Step 8: Press or click on âIP settingsâ.
Step 9: Now Select âStaticâ.
Step 10: Enter the first three groups of numbers of your IP address. For instance, if your IP address is â192.166.1.1âł, enter â192.166.1.â. For the fourth group of numbers, you can enter â50â so the final IP address will look like â192.166.1.50â and click on âNextâ
Step 11: For the âGatewayâ enter the full IP address of your router and click on âNextâ.
Step 12: Enter â24â for the âNetwork Prefix Lengthâ then click on âNextâ.
Step 13: Enter your Preferred DNS and click on âNextâ.
Step 14: For DNS 2 enter one of the Alternate DNS addresses and click on âNextâ.
Press âOKâ and you are done.

How to change DNS on an Apple TV device
Step 1: Press or click on âSettingsâ menu on your Apple TV device and select âNetworkâ.
Step 2: Now click on the âNetworkâ.
Step 3: Click on âWi-Fiâ.
Step 4: Choose your Wi-Fi Connection.
Step 5: Scroll down and select âConfigure DNSâ option.
Step 6: Choose âManualâ when you are asked to choose between Manual or Automatic.
Step 7: In the DNS field pls enter the DNS Server address. Important! You should enter 3 digits for each cluster.
I.G. for DNS 1.11.111.123 you should enter 001.011.111.123. Click âDoneâ
Step 8: Your Smart DNS is set up, nearly done, For that, go back to âSettingsâ and select âGeneralâ.
Step 9: Find the âRegion Formatâ option and press on it.
Step 10: Select for Example âThe United Statesâ from the list of options.
Go back to the main screen and select âSettingsâ. Use the âSleep Nowâ command.
Unplug the Apple TV power cord and wait 10 seconds. Then plug the Apple TV back in.

Step 1: Go to âSettingsâ.
